A good part of our day was spent checking in on these three babies to see how they were doing and if they were going to fly the coop. I was lucky to get a shot with all three of them in it as the bird on the far right was usually hidden under the other two birds. Poor thing couldn’t spread it’s wings and didn’t get as much food as the others. By the time we left on Saturday, the two babies on the left had flown off and the smallest bird was still in the nest. Hopefully, the baby would get a little more time to build up it’s strength and then take off in another day or so.
