If someone asked me where they should stay for a night or two in Plymouth, I would tell them to check out the B&B, By the Sea. I have no idea what it costs (probably expensive) but it is a perfect location (directly across from the Plymouth waterfront) and it always looks so beautiful. During the summer the sign always says no vacancy but during the off-season they have rooms available.

This photo was taken just last week so there is a vacancy and even off-season it still looks so pretty (especially at night).
