Since we were so close to the Holocaust Memorial, I felt we should walk over to it. I think it’s a wonderful memorial that they have created but it’s really overwhelming when you see all the numbers etched into the glass, representing someone who was killed. With the weather being so cold the steam was very visible and it gave the memorial an eerie atmosphere.
