I think it’s been almost two months since I’ve had chocolate. While I stopped the chocolate (I was a bit out of control) I probably had twice as much sugar as usual. In the past 7-10 days I cut way back on the sugar (I’ve resorted to eating prunes for some sweetness- it’s not the same). Well, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and there is no way I’m missing out on apple pie (especially since I was the one who labored over making it). Hopefully, I will only have one maybe two pieces.
This shot is from last Thanksgiving. The apple pies I made for this year are still uncooked and in the freezer. It’s going to smell so good in the kitchen tonight when they start baking!
