While I would have loved to pop a handful of these treats into my mouth, I only took one strawberry dipped in chocolate.
My first week of trying to prepare a week’s worth of meals is over. Before, I knew I didn’t like to cook now, I know I HATE to cook! the actual cooking isn’t the problem. It’s all the pre washing and chopping and the post dishes and cleanup. I’ve always appreciated my mom’s cooking (well, maybe not as a picky kid) but now I really appreciate all the time she spent cooking. She’s always made it look so easy. Unfortunately she didn’t pass those skills down to me. Although, I do like to bake pies and cookies but they aren’t on my meal plan right now.
I think I’ll have to come up with a different meal plan this week. Maybe just making breakfast and lunch and having salad for dinner. Or I’ll just take one day at a time.
