I was hoping to be able to drive out on Moon Island Road (I had seen it on a map). However, when I got to the road it was blocked by a military gate. I asked one of the officers if I was allowed to walk out there but he said it was part of Homeland Security and only authorized induviduals could go through. So instead, I went across the street, climbed a hill (Chappel Rock) and took a photo looking out towards Moon Island.
