Another room at the Simes House. This one shows a little more of the wear and tear of the house. I think I mentioned they had a lot of work to do to get this place back into shape. Plus, a lot of money is going to be needed!

This house is amazing! There is a house near us that is in similar disrepair (it’s the Gould House in Sands Point). It supposed to be the house where Daisy Buchanan lives in the Great Gatsby. We go a lot to walk the grounds and to let Finn run around on/in the water b/c the house is right on the Long Island Sound. You can’t get in, though I imagine it looks pretty similar. you can tell that they would be completely awesome in their original state.
