While it doesn’t look like the owner of this bike is going to be using it anytime soon I’ve been surprised at how many people I have seen biking in the city. I think biking in the city is dangerous enough under good weather conditions but with all the snowbanks and branches, etc. I imagine it must be pretty scary.
