I’m not exactly sure what was going on with the tents. I saw teenage kids going over to them so I assume it was some type of school group or maybe they were trying to make people aware of the homeless situation. I’m not sure and I wasn’t too comfortable going up to anyone to ask. It was dark and time to catch a train.
