Merry Christmas!

This is what Christmas means to me…the love of family. Every year, for as far back as I can remember (close to 40 years) we have always taken a Christmas photo. It started with the parents taken a picture of us cousins while we celebrated at Grampa’s house. As we got older the adults joined us in the photo (guess we weren’t that cute anymore). When my grandfather passed away my aunt took over the role of hosting the Christmas party. Everyone knows that at some point during the night we must all gather together for the Christmas photo. Of course it’s been my job to take the photo the past few years.

Some years we’ve had more people in the photo and other years it’s been smaller. While a few people are no longer with us and some have moved further away, there have been many new additions.  Cousins have married and have had children of their own (even grandkids). What once started with only a handful of us kids has grown into a picture filled with the love of family.

Merry Christmas to All!
