I’m not exactly sure what this is. It was hanging in the backyard in New Jersey. I was going to say wind chime but I don’t believe it actually chimes at all. It’s not a bird feeder so I’m guessing it’s just a cool decoration. I liked how there was a lone leaf hanging from the bottom. Just wish I hadn’t cut it off in the image.
