We'll leave the Boston PhotoWalk behind, for now, and head back into the Berkshires. This is part of the Appalachian Trail. Apparently, this area gets very wet so this wooden walkway was built by volunteers. Now if only the entire Appalachian trail was like this, I might walk a little more of it!

Looks so peaceful…very nice! I love the way it seems to just disappear into the thicket….makes me want to explore it!
My cousin hiked the entire Appalachian trail from GA to Maine when he was 16!
