I believe Southpoint Anchorage is the harbormaster facility. This is a boat mooring where people can pay to stay for a night/week/month. The boaters can come ashore and take advanatage of beautiful downtown Stuart, starting with the wonderful riverwalk. That's the deck to the river walk right in front of the building.
