Colorful Buoys

I’ve always liked the look of the colorful buoys in the water and on land. I wonder if people who buy buoys put a lot of thought into what a color they want to purchase. Do they try to match it to their boat? Do they just pick a color they really like or one they will easily be able to see? Hmm, never really thought about it until now.
