We just happened to be visiting the botanical gardens during the time they were having an exhibition of Marc Chagall’s nature-inspired artwork. I had never heard of this artist but what I liked is that they added a French theme to the rest of the botanical gardens. One piece was the stained glass windows in the Tropical Conservatory and another piece is this lavender field. Talk about prime location for a botanical garden, you can’t get much better than being located along the water.
