Last Friday we had a gorgeous sunrise! Other than straightening this shot this is pretty much straight out of the camera. The colors were magnificient. The rest of the day was cloudy and dreary so it was even more precious to be able to see this sunrise.

This was also the first day that these light posts were lit. They are newly installed and light the path that leads to a new development called Southfield. I looked into the apartments but they were much too expensive. It would have been nice to move into a brand new space and be able to walk to the commuter rail but the $600 difference wasn’t worth it (and I couldn’t afford it).
