I can’t even imagine how cold it must be out on the water in the winter! I don’t know if this person is a seasonal lobsterman or if they go out all year but either way it’s a tough job. Being a lobster roll and bisque lover, I’m glad someone is willing to go out and trap the lobsters for me.
