During storms the mayor always suggests that people take public transportation to work to keep the roads clear for the plows. Since I take public transportation that’s fine, however, I really think they need to do a better job (or any job) of clearing the sidewalks for pedestrians.

The first shot is my commute walking from the train to work in the morning. The last two shots are walking to the train to go home. The streets look great but none of the sidewalks were plowed! It’s not easy walking in that snowy mush, which is why I don’t blame the people for walking in the road. Of course you don’t want to be in the road when one of the buses is coming!
