No, I didn’t plant a golf ball or Photoshop anything into the top photo! I was actually lucky enough to catch this turtle laying her eggs. I discovered that just before laying an egg she lifter her back leg. So, I waited until I saw her lift her leg and then fired off a shot. I was pretty happy with what I got.

There were two turtles (bottom photo is the other turtle) laying eggs at the same time on this hill across from my work. Plus, I could see other areas on the hill that had been dug up. I’m really hoping I can capture (photographically) some of the babies when they hatch and start making their way down the hill to the pond.
