I Walk Alone

I mentioned earlier in the week that I like to get up early when we’ve had a morning snowstorm and be one of the first ones outside. Even though there’s a snowstorm swirling around me there’s still a calmness about it. There’s something special about being the first one to make a path through the newly fallen snow.

Once you walked through these gates and up the alley it brought you out to this open field (it’s actually a baseball field). It was pretty amazing to be standing here surrounded by this sea of white.

Very nice. A daytime female Robert Frost 🙂

  2. This top is a fantastic hotel and the traces in the snow give the proper climate of photography. Bravo !

  3. Fun! I also love being the first one out in a fresh snowfall…and being in the swirling snow is even better! It is insanity at it’s best. 🙂

  4. La première photo est superbe et dégageune réelle impression de profondeur. Le traitement en N&B est parfait.

  5. Beautiful winter scenes, Jamie! Love the black and white treatment!
