Put your head on my shoulders

Sometimes you see the darndest things when you walk around with a camera (or without one). The MS Walk took us along the Plymouth waterfront where we came across this headless Pilgrim. Not sure if he’s hanging out here to keep the seagulls away or someone else away. I have no idea what happened to his head.
