I hope all who celebrate had a Happy Easter. Mom and I tried to make a couple of themed foods for Easter brunch. The Deviled Egg Chicks came out very cute and were pretty easy to make. The Bunny Bread was not as successful. The picture shows what the bunny bread rolls should look like and how you just cut the ears with a pair of kitchen scissors. The bottom photo shows how are bunny rolls came out and well, the ears just didn’t perk up like the directions showed (ours look a little bit like Maya :-). Either way the bread still tasted good as it had a honey butter mixture brushed over it.
I used my new macro lens on the chick photos. I really like the close-up shots so I’m sure this lens will get a lot of use.
