Blooming?

It seems as if this Magnolia tree is a little confused, winter’s approaching and yet this tree looks as if it’s starting to get ready to bloom again. Here’s a blooming shot of that same Magnolia tree back in April 2009 and another shot from April 2008. This tree is right outside the door to my office building so I pass it all the time. I just don’t remember it having these fuzzy blossoms on it during the fall.
