Magnolia

One of the first things to start budding around here is the magnolia trees. This one was blooming much earlier than I had expected. This tree is right outside the entrance to my work and for months I watched as it started to come to life. Last year I had also taken a couple shots of this tree here and there is another one across from it that is yellow, which you can see here.

Today is the day! We leave for Italy tonight and should be arriving in Rome in the early afternoon. It should be an amazing trip and I look forward to sharing images with you all when I return. I should have had Monday’s photo for today as it was titled: Anticipation is keeping me waiting. I’m sure I’ll have plenty to keep me busy today before we get on the plane tonight.

I will post some older photos next week while I am away.

Arrivederci (for now)!
