To me, this is a perfectly toasted marshmallow. My nephew, Josh asked if I wanted him to cook me a marshmallow. I mentioned that I was picky about how I liked my marshmallow and would probably do it myself. He wanted to give it a try so I explained to him the patience it takes to cook a perfectly toasted marshmallow. You have to make sure to keep it away from the flames so it doesn't get burnt and you have to continuously turn it so it browns all around the edges. Well, I shouldn't have worried, because he cooked the perfect marshmallow!
Everyone else was shoving their sticks into the fire, letting the marshmallow catch on fire and then blowing it out. If I'm eating a s'more I can get by with it being burnt (if I must) because the chocolate and graham cracker tends to hide the burnt charcoal taste. However, if I'm eating a plain marshmallow, then it has to be lightly toasted so it melts in my mouth.

Ok…now I’m going to go have to build a fire and it’s 90+ degrees out! Yum!

It looks great. Is there anything better than a S’more. I don’t think so.
