Multiple Turtles

Across the street from where I work is a pond. As I was waking to work I saw the two turtles in the first shot sunning themselves. Looks like the one on the right is showing off his balancing act with only 3 legs. At lunch that same day I decided to take a walk around the pond and spotted the four turtles out sunning. After work I looked to see if there would be even more but it was back down to only two. As I was taking a photo a man walking by with his dog told me that he once saw 19 turtles piled up on top of each other on that log. Now that would be an awesome photo! However, in the bottom photo I was able to catch 7 turtles lined up. I can’t remember where I took the bottom photo. I think it must have been during one of my weekend walks at one of the Audubon parks.
