Journey to the Center of the Earth | 06:30AM Aug 18, 2008
Last year while staying in the Berkshires we drove to New York and visited Howe Caverns. A great place to visit in the hot summer. You take an elevator down 156 feet below the Earth's surface and the temperature is a constant 52 degrees. Is it stalactites? stalagmites? I don't know, I just call it pretty darn cool! It truly was a great adventure and would recommend this place to anyone. The scariest part was the elevator ride down!
