This is a sushi roll before it's been rolled.  This one is cucumber and I can't remember what the topping is...maybe plums? olives? something?  The sushi was for Aki's 8th birthday party. Aki's favorite sushi roll...tunafish with mayonnaise.  The kids seemed to like it.

I didn't have any sushi but I did become addicted to this snack item called Tings. They are crunchy corn sticks (similar look and feel of Cheetos). They have no cheese in them yet have a cheesy taste to them. I've been to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and have not been able to find them here. I may have to order them online. I forgot to mention that there was also a sushi roll made with Tings! I guess it would be similar to putting potato chips on your sandwich!
