Last Wednesday, I took the Amtrak down to New Jersey to visit good friends. They were kind enough to take me into New York city. I think they just didn't want to hear me say once again how much I'd like to see Central Park :-)  Shirley's Mom lives only a couple blocks from Central Park so we stopped at her apartment to eat lunch. Her Mom has a Japanese tatami room which she uses to teach people the Japanese Tea Ceremony (preparing and serving Japanese tea). It's a beautiful room and I really liked the bowls and accessories that were sitting on the floor.
