Half Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies | 06:30AM Jan 02, 2009
What do you do on New Year's Eve when a snowstorm hits and you decide it's safer to just stay put and not go out? Why, you bake cookies of course!
As usual I ate way too much cookie dough, but enjoyed it at the time. My friend likes to call my cookies, Half-Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Although, these don't look as half baked as usual. I cook them for only 5-6 minutes and then let them solidify on the pan for a few minutes. They usually have to go in the freezer, with wax paper between each layer, in order for them not to melt together.
With this photo I played with my new umbrella light and reflector. If the weather stays this cold (only made it to 18 degrees yesterday) I may not be willing to go outside and take any photos for a long while.
